Why we are not guessing a clock
Publishing a specific time that Rockstar has not confirmed creates two problems. First, it is wrong often enough to be useless — the circulating "unlock schedules" after previous Rockstar releases were repeatedly revised. Second, a wrong launch time is exactly the kind of detail that damages a site's credibility at the moment traffic peaks, which is launch week.
